Your collection. Your account.
This is an overview of the information used by the current Waxbase product.
What you share
Your account uses your email and sign-in credentials. When you scan or upload a card, Waxbase processes the photos and card details to identify the card and organize your collection. You can also add purchase details and condition notes.
What the app uses it for
Card photos are stored and processed to read their printed details and estimate Condition. Card identities are matched to sold prices and available player stats. Account information is used for sign-in, confirmation emails, and password recovery.
Your collection stays with your account
Your collection records and uploaded photos are accessed through your signed-in account. Shared card catalog information, sold prices, and player stats are separate from the copies you own.
When you delete a card
Deleted cards move to Recently deleted, where you can restore them or choose Delete now. Cards left there for 30 days are scheduled for permanent removal with their photos.
Phone notifications
If you enable push notifications, the app registers your device to deliver big game and sell-window alerts. Notification availability depends on the platform and build.
Early access list
If you join the early access list, Waxbase keeps your name and email only to confirm you're on the list and to invite you when your spot opens.
